Embedded boundary user defined permitivity and permeability values

I think it might be useful for users to have control over mu and ep values for the EB. At the moment it seems theyre just grabbed from the domain, should be simple to overwrite. Any thoughts before I jump in and change some things in conducting EB bc in
-> cerberus/Source$ nvim states/Eulerian/field/bc/MFP_field_bc.cpp
-> lua tables

No objections here. It just involves using get_udf in the constructor instead of setting the value directly and then calling the udf in the solve function.
