paper-menu-button exposes the dynamicAlign property but it does not exposes a fitInto property #152

Description

@t-soares

Description

paper-menu-button should expose a fitInto property, since it exposes the dynamicAlign and on its documentation it refer to the fitInto property.

@aomarks Can you check this? It demands a simple solution.

dynamicAlign: boolean | null | undefined
If true, the horizontalAlign and verticalAlign properties will be considered preferences instead of strict requirements when positioning the dropdown and may be changed if doing so reduces the area of the dropdown falling outside of fitInto.

Expected outcome

The client component should be able to define the fitInto container, instead of always using the window object.

Actual outcome

It is always using the window object when computing the dynamicAlign.
