Return YouTube Dislike Not Working

When I enable 'Return YouTube Dislikes', it doesn't actually show the dislikes. And when I go dislike a video the number sometimes disappears or glitches out and doesn't show the correct number. I've disabled and re-enabled the setting and restarted the app.

You most likely are talking about the dislike under the video player. Yes, this is a known issue.

@PoomSmart glad to hear you're already aware of it, is there any other info around it aside from it being known already? Are there any currently known workarounds to get the dislike count back?

The dislike count does apply correctly if you use the latest version - unless for the known issue where the dislike number under the video player sometimes disappears. There's no full fix for it yet.

New UI is probably causing the issue

But idk why even older YouTube versions look like this(this is 19.15.1) the name of the creator is gone and now is on the same row as the up/downvotes
