LICENSE, CONTRIBUTING, CHANGELOG, issue templates (2), PR template, CI (4), SECURITY -- all present.

Remaining Items

• Add CLAUDE.md with project-specific rules
• Enable branch protection: require PR reviews (min 1), status checks, linear history
• Add stale issue bot (actions/stale, 90-day auto-close)
• Verify minimum 80% test coverage in CI
• Add integration tests

Priority: Low effort -- already well-maintained
