[Feature]: Allow filtering by report, rather than date range

Some reports have usage charges outside of the billing month date range, meaning cost totals shown in Sensabill are inconsistent with the invoice.

Describe the solution you'd like.

• Need to mark reports with an identifier for their billing month (to be able to link tariff report with usage reports)
• Add option to filter by report
