This happens with certain maps I don't know why. The one in the example is Toola: Frozen Tundra but this glitch affects certain other maps too.
For the glitch to occur, you have to be playing other maps first before selecting the affected map. Exiting and reopening the game, then playing the affected map first is my current workaround at the moment.
