[Bug]: `YOUTUBE_REMOTE_LOGIN_ENABLED=true` has no effect.

What happened?

Fresh install.

Login (I used my PocketID OIDC provider)

Go to login with a remote YT session

Then go to admin settings and it's not activated

Toggle it on and go back to login with a remote YT session and it's still not possible.

ctrl+F5 has no effect.

Nor does logging out and logging back in again.

However I then opened an incognito session in my browser (Chromium) and that appeared to work.

I then went back to my existing session and did another ctrl+F5 and that also then seemed to work.

I think there may be some caching, but also the initial environmental variable isn't working?
