Cannot convert from aCar backup

Tried to convert .abp backup, but the answer was "413 Request Entity Too Large".
The backup file is for a long time and the size is 23.2 MB (24'424'360 bytes).
Can you give me some advise, please?

No idea in general but maybe you should increase values here
