ConsentManager, CentralRegistry, hfrDomains, jwkUrl values for local/dev setup

Can someone share the values to be used for these properties? Currently, I have postgres, rabbitmq setup locally.
I've also received clientId and secret from NDHM sandbox.

But I'm unsure of what values to use for the other urls in the yml like for the gateway service etc.
Any help would be appreciated. I can share my application-local.yml if needed
