I am using the same URL. I am also still seeing it down. it is not a matter of content - the DNS is not working - getting nxdomain which means that the DSN is not registered correctly - or someone has not paid the bills ...

I'm able to access the main page without a problem. But perhaps you're accessing an internal page that is not yet restored. If that's a right guess on my part, let me know which page(s) and I'll prioritize setting them up.

Regarding https ... There's no good reason why we shouldn't use that. What you're seeing is my very, very limited skills in setting these things up. Perhaps we can go to the dashboard together so you can point me in the right direction.

When I said that I was using https://mosaic-web.org what I meant was that I was using https://mosaic-web.org and not some other site or content page or internal page. It would be nice to be believed. https://mosaic-web.org still is not working. However, http://mosaic-web.org does appear to be working and there does seem to have been a change n the last few hours that the domain does not default to https anymore. However - I do hate to use http these days. But at least it is working. I must admit that when I made the first report it was about the site with the content (and very good it was too) rather than just the front page but I am sure that it will come.

Please note that github.com/ProjectMOSAIC/website is not the repository in which the active web pages are deployed. That site is github.com/ProjectMOSAIC/ProjectMOSAIC.github.io. The change was necessitated by the mechanics of connecting between the name server and GitHub. (Perhaps more accurate to say, "I changed it because I could get things to work that way. There are likely other ways that someone competent would have done it.")

I see that http://www.mosaic-web.org resolves but https://www.mosaic-web.org doesn't.
I know that many search engines downrate http links. Is it feasible to get the https version working?
