Linux Support / Binaries ?

Hello there, this looks like a great project, thank you for your efforts in creating this !

Can I run this application on linux ?
I looked at the releases page and could not find any linux / portable versions of the application that can run on a linux (ubuntu) desktop.

May I pls request that you add a portable (OS independent) binary release so this application can be used in all platforms ?
