Time Zone information should be stored in Campus entity

Time zones are currently hard-coded to America/Indianapolis. If classes are ever scheduled in other time zones, they will not be reflected properly.

#58 introduces a change that stores all dates and times in "local"/non-UTC format. Time Zone information would still be valuable to add anyway.
