make easy way to use/apply an "offset"
clusterhat with offset 0 will handle zero 1-4
clusterhat with offset 1 will handle zero 5-8
clusterhat with offset 2 will handle zero 9-12
clusterhat with offset 3 will handle zero 13-16
clusterhat with offset 4 will handle zero 17-20
etc ...
