chore: rename repo references PyAutoConf -> PyAutoNerves (#395)

Update repo-name references (CI dependency chains, checkout targets, docs and
"related repos" prose) from PyAutoConf to PyAutoNerves following the GitHub repo
rename. The package (`autonerves`) and lowercase config identifiers are already
renamed; this is the repo/organ identity. GitHub redirects meant nothing broke
in the interim — this makes the references match reality.
