I would MAYBE add an "auto-internal-reload" after /load which would kick all players.

More importantly just add a red message that says "[BedWars] Please note that this command is NOT SUPPORTED BY ANY MEANS and may (and also will) produce NPEs (Errors). Executing this command on your own risk.
