Adding one repository to the review, surfaced while closing #50.

lecture-econometrics-machine-learning — public, not archived, created 5 November 2021, last pushed 2022-04-11. Fits the "Also Consider (2020–2022)" band.

All 15 of its commits fall on three days in November 2021. It publishes at quantecon.github.io/lecture-econometrics-machine-learning, was never given a *.quantecon.org subdomain, and is unlisted on quantecon.org/lectures. Two of its four content parts are empty: lectures/statsmodels.md is 30 bytes and lectures/scikit-learn.md is 16 — an anchor and a heading apiece. ols.md is real content but is absent from _toc.yml, so it never published.

One dependency before archiving. Its Python for Stata Users part is genuinely complete — seven lectures, roughly 50 KB, from the 2021 Uni Tübingen RSIT workshop — and #346 proposes carrying that material forward as migration notes for Stata and MATLAB users. Archiving also makes the repo's nine open issues read-only, and #50's closing comment pointed at them as the surviving record of finer-grained scope. So this one is best archived after #346 has taken what it needs, rather than swept in with the rest.

A scope note from the draft repository-naming standard (QEP-3, discussion at QuantEcon/qeps#7): for teaching-event repositories (workshops, courses, conferences), the archival trigger there is the event concluded, not inactive for two years. On acceptance this inventory's criterion widens for that family — any repo whose event has ended is an archive candidate even if it was pushed recently, which adds recent concluded events this list's two-year filter currently misses.

The standard also calls for an annual sweep thereafter (archive the previous cycle's concluded events), which is a candidate for a small task-* automation rather than a recurring manual pass.
