Hi @sltsang and @Yuanshan-Wu

I have worked on this issue and so far the DICOM reading problem has been resolved and files load successfully. In addition, I added a visualization feature similar to the one we had on the NIfTI files landing page. I also verified ROI selection on 2D DICOM images.

Please check and let me know if all the issues have been resolved and meet your expectations so I can proceed with the PR.
