File upload error with no further information

When I upload a zip file I get a "File upload error." message but can't find a way to guest where the problem is.
We need to know the reason for the COM_QUANTUMMANAGER_ERROR_PARTIAL_UPLOAD message.
There are atleast 5 possible reasons.

Uploading .zip files aren't allowed by default. Add the right .zip mime type in component options.

COM_QUANTUMMANAGER_ERROR_PARTIAL_UPLOAD - I suppose there is no localization. Please make screenshot of the issue, how to reproduce it?

Just upload an "insecure" zip and you'll get the message.

Would be nice if you use different strings instead of always using COM_QUANTUMMANAGER_ERROR_PARTIAL_UPLOAD
For example:
COM_QUANTUMMANAGER_ERROR_UPLOAD_FORBIDDEN_EXT
COM_QUANTUMMANAGER_ERROR_UPLOAD_UNSAFE
COM_QUANTUMMANAGER_ERROR_UPLOAD_FAILED
