[Bug]: Unusable on iOS, getting worse on macOS

Bug Description

For months, the Daily Notes Editor tab was kinda flimsy and unnerving to use in iOS: you'd try editing something, or even scrolling, and suddenly another random tab would get activated. (This sounds similar to issue #72 ).

But this seems to have gotten worse little by little, to the point that in the last couple of weeks I started disabling plugins in iOS Obsidian hoping to make DNE more stable. But it's not really helping, and I'm now about to give up on it in iOS.

Even worse, this strange behavior would rarely happen in macOS Obsidian, so DNE was until now my main work and reference tab on the desktop. But now this flimsiness seems to also happen more and more in there.

Any idea of why could this be happening, or how to help debug it? I tried looking at the macOS Obsidian console but I don't see anything immediately useful, and iOS Obsidian doesn't seem to have a console anyway.
