[Bug] owner of `DOCKMAN_COMPOSE_ROOT` changed recursively

The docker entrypoint changed the owner of DOCKMAN_COMPOSE_ROOT and has broken all permissions of all volumes stored in this directory. 😭

You can change the perms by using

PGID for group
PUID for user

Dockman needs correct permission in compose root to read/write

What exactly is the issue

In fact, if data is stored in the compose tree, this application should not modify these permissions.

In my case, I can just override the entry point, but other users like me can be trapped by this behavior...
