A "help" command would be appreciated

When I first ran mirage_launcher, I entered "help" and "?" and neither worked. When I first loaded bt_scan I entered "help" and it didn't work. I think some self-descriptive help commands would be helpful

I found it - try running the 'list' command. Should definitely also support 'help' though.
