Question about HCI device chipset used in Mirage

Hi,
I’m trying to send LL-related packets by using HCI device. All HCI devices I bought cannot send BLELLPacket, such as HCI_Hdr / HCI_Command_Hdr / Raw(bytes(LL_PHY_REQ)).

Could you please clarify which HCI chipset is designed to work with?
