Type tree and other visualisation options

As said in another ticket, I'm trying pyLODE and I wonder if any of this is available:

• Can I list classes/property in hierarchical order, ie, by considering rds:subClassOf/rdfs:subPropertyOf? So far, I've only seen flat lists in alphabetical order.
• In the ontpub mode, can I use (with some config option) CURIEs for the list of types on the right column? ie, ex:SampleType and not 'An Example Type' (which comes from rdfs:label). This is the behaviour of the supermodel rendering. ex: depends on the other problem I reported, URI prefixes are badly rendered #244

For the first point:

Since 3.5.0, I have added renderings of class hairacchies, so as per the example of your ontology stored in agri-schema.3.5.1a.html built from agrischema.ttl, you can see this class hierarchy rendered:

For the second:

Not really, sorry. pyLODe agressively tries to find/make labels for all displays.

If you set the label (rdfs:label or dcterms:title) for the object to ex:SampleType that will work but will, of course, prevent a nice label elsewhere.

To change things would be hard as the object used to make the Table of Contents on the right isn't the real IRI of each Class, Predicate etc but the local link to the definition in the doc, so at the point that this ToC is generated, the code doesn't remember what the real IRI is so it has no way of making a prefixed IRI like agri:BiologicalAssociation.
