A common theme I'm noticing in this PR is there's a lot of "Card with some text, maybe a smaller text, and then probably some bullet points.
Example, the quick start cards here, and the use Case cards on that page:
I understand the need to have distinct visual elements to aid navigation, but this seems like a good case extracting some of this into a shared component
