What feature is it?
Use updated_at field in checkpoint table to identify unhealthy workers instead of comparing the block number/height/timestamp
What problem does this feature solve?
Blocks of some workers like momoka are quite large and have some rate limit from the data source. Using number/height/timestamp may be inaccurate.
