We will still need Debian and any other 3rd party repos. - [ ] rsdk should now include pkgs.json for Radxa apt repos in the generated image - [ ] new command to download & build local apt repos based on the above pkgs.json - use rsdk-infra-pkg-download & rsdk-infra-repo-sync similar to our normal apt repos - [ ] new command to clone radxa-pkg repo based on the release tag/commit id - user will need to manually overwrite the package cache created by rsdk-infra-pkg-download if they want to override it - [ ] update rsdk to use local apt repo
