[BUG] Limit missing from various endpoints

limit is not returned by year/round, current/last, and current/next despite being included in the docs, and in other races endpoints.

I'm watching the endpoints and is not a bug from the endpoints, the problem is in the docs. Im gonna work on them.

Should be fine now, im fixed year/round, current/last and current/next docs pages. I removed the limit and added the new timezone parameter. Let me know if you see other endpoint with incorrect parameters in the docs.

Looks good.

With year/round, current/last, and current/next differing and returning 'race' rather than 'races', having no offset or limit etc, does it make sense to separate them out into a seperate 'Race' page in the docs to make this more obvious?
