[Bug]: Items that should stack do not

🐞 Describe the bug?

Items that should stack do not.

Step to reproduce

1. Play a raid and pick up gold nuggets from pots and chests. Identical food items from different chests also seem to not stack properly.

Expected behavior

All gold nuggets, salmon and so on should stack like normal.

Minecraft version

1.16.5 and 1.19.2

📄Relevant log output

Items suddenly get an AttributeModifiers:[] tag added. Believe it can happen even when taking out two items from the same chest, won't stack.
