Hi Ramin, this repo looks great. I would like to test it with the mouse single-cell RNA-seq dataset. I find that the link to the mouse expression data set (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FZL0MV65nVU_0SkrTrzExrPJJUNLcUMO/view?usp=sharing) does not work, I receive an Access Denied message.
Once I have this file downloaded into /some/path I'll just need to set --datadir to /some/path and I'll have it, correct?
Also, minor issue: There is no requirements.txt file.
