Class "nodrag" not working when created from json

Hi,

The class "dd-nodrag" seems not be taken into account when I create a nestable from JSON string. But it works at least with the class "dd-nochildren".

Expected behavior

The item should not be draggable.

Actual behavior

The item is draggable
