How do you set the augment hotkey?

I checked the hotkeys menu and the mod configs and I don't see a way to set the augment hotkeys. Am I just missing something?

This needs some traction. There's 2 hotkeys I could find for Oritech, and I wasn't even able to locate them by searching the category Oritech, because they were under the category "Oracle".
