Provide NSWC Predictions #141
Description
Expected Behavior
As a user, I want to be able to perform Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) reliability predictions on mechanical equipment so that I don't have to rely on databases and can have a complete prediction for an electromechanical system. This should be implemented as the 2011 (most recent?) version of NSWC.
Actual Behavior (NOT required for Enhancement type issues.)
There is no NSWC prediction currently available.
