• reference to a NITRC R search of relevant resources. Looking Parkinson's disease and MR, I find 149 tools
• reference to a NITRC R Forum search of discussion related to Parkinsons here
• reference to a NITRC-IR search of relevant data. There is Parkinsons DTI. There may be other repositories with Parkinson's data like Open Neuro (didn't find it)
• reference to NITRC-CE instance that has relevant tools popular for parkinsons analysis (list of installed packages here)
