[Feature]: Limit IP for each user

Now ip limit works for all users as a general setting, I would like to have functionality so that you can specify for a specific user a specific number of devices that can be connected. And the ip limiter setting worked as the default setting.

How would this help users?

To avoid creating multiple links for a single user, if you need to connect more devices than specified in the ip limit.
