Change it to /reviewscope

Also change re-review to review

Hi! I’d like to work on this issue.

I’ve already started exploring the command handling/workflow part of the codebase to understand where these aliases and command mappings are defined. This looks like a good issue to get familiar with the architecture and contribution flow.

I’ll look into updating the command references and ensuring backward compatibility where needed.
