False positive for Apache Commons IO's FileSystemUtils #5

Description

@mfnalex

Hi, PluginScan seems to be overly anxious - it flags my AngelChest Free plugin as possible malware because of Runtime.exec, while what it detected is actually just Apache Common IO's FileSystemUtils class. Is there any way to stop this being detected? There's people every day asking on my discord about this.

It complains about this class specifically: https://paste.jeff-media.com/?1059f85ca7327952#DkNpZSg646dc7Nu1c9nigixetHk1g7vh9qFi5ZGHA3cv (called $$RB in the name-obfuscated .jar)

ACF is also detected with severy "HIGH" even though it's basically the most common command framework that exists for bukkit
