Unable to activate plugin?

When I try to go to a definition it doesn't seem like nvim-lsputils is doing anything different than what my configuration was already doing which is opening the definition in a new buffer instead of a popup window. Is there something I'm missing?

I noticed this morning that if I try to go to a definition (<leader>gd for me) for some stuff in my import block it pops up correctly. This is after I customized lsp_utils_location_opts but it was working the same before.

I would try to solve the issue as soon as possible. I am facing some health issues currently so it may take 2-3 days to solve
