Errors When Uploading to the Data Exchange

@MattReimer I successfully uploaded this project to the Data Exchange (QRiS_1222.zip). However, I'm getting a few errors that I will list below.

1. When I downloaded the project back from the Data Exchange onto my computer, no data appeared (Data Exchange Project.zip).
2. I deleted the project from my account on the Data Exchange to try to replicate the error but got an error message on the upload dialogue window (Screenshot 1).
3. Finally, when I right clicked on the DCE bin (on the QRiS project downloaded from the Data Exchange) & added all layers with features to the map, layers from only the LTPBR protocol appeared but without any data (Screenshot 2).

Also, I am working on my local machine & not the cloud with this project. QRiS v1.2.2.2 & RIverscapes Viewer v1.1.1. QGIS v 3.40

Thanks. Not sure what this is off-hand but I'll take a look.

@MattReimer I have done further testing on a brand new QRiS Project & was able to upload to the Data Exchange, download back on to my computer, view all correctly populated data, and re-upload to the Data Exchange with no issues. However, the issue appears when I delete the project from my Data Exchange account & try to reupload it after it has been deleted. This message box also appears when the project fails to upload to the Data Exchange.

Got it. We've got a few stragglers issues like this but I'll try to get to it when I get back in the country. Thank you for working through this

No worries. I figured that I should be more descriptive & conduct more testing to narrow down the bugs when logging issues with you & Kelly to make it easier to diagnose.
