Qviewer Remote Project Zoom map to project works differently

I thought this was a bug but actually I think the issue is the remote project uses the project bounds geojson, while the regular project viewer uses the xml boundingbox values. Relates to #225

Yup This is on purpose. We can't know the bounds of tiles so this is a "will not fix" scenario. It's not ideal that it's different but...

@MattReimer Actually there are three ways that our tools determine where to zoom on the map in qgis.

1. When right click and choose "zoom map to project" , the local project uses data from project.rs.xml
2. When right-click and choose "zoom map to project", new remote viewer uses the bounds.geojson
3. When initially opening a project.rs.xml, it uses bounds of visible layers in default view (I think).

The data from project.rs.xml must be available to the remote project renderer? So would it not be possible for scenario one and two to use the same method? Another option if both can't use the xml data, maybe both could use bounds.geojson.
