While running the executable from:

I receive:

Will, GCD Standalone is now available in the Microsoft Store using the link below.

Please uninstall any existing installations and try this new version from the store. Microsoft signs all the executables for apps in the store so installing via this route should reduce friction, especially for corporate users with locked down computers.
