Bug: Bot doesn't respond to the !ping command

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start the bot.
2. Send !ping in a channel where the bot is present.
3. The bot does not respond with Pong!.

Expected behavior: The bot should respond with Pong! and the latency.
Actual behavior: Nothing happens.

Please look into this!
