Exercises the new rossjrw/pr-preview-action publishing path. Will be

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] fix(ci): stage preview site to _site/ to avoid rsync
 path-recursion

source-dir: ./ caused JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action's internal
rsync to recurse into its own temp folder
(github-pages-deploy-action-temp-deployment-folder/pr-preview/pr-N/...)
until the path overflowed OS max-path-length and the deploy failed.

Stage only the served files (index.html, assets/, CNAME, sitemap.xml,
robots.txt, install.sh) into _site/ and point source-dir at that.
