Sometimes the same parsers Unfurl uses on URLs could be useful on local file paths. I'll need to think about how to implement this, what types of file paths or prefixes to need, etc, but it could be interesting.

- c:\file\saved\from\twitter\FPLyvwDWYAM4Fn9.jpeg <-- can extract a timestamp from that file name
