which sensor data do we have and how do we encode/represent it?

Most sensors give the value between 0 and 1023, so it's an analog value.
In the 1stTry code i've written the range for normal values. For instance, photocell gives >800 for the day light, when the plant stands near the window.
Moisture sensor gives also values in 0 to 1023 range back, which can be converted into %
Temperature is in Celcius, Humidity is in %.
