Preset queries and dashboards for Grafana

Motivation

Once PIXL is sending telemetry to OTEL, it will be viewable and searchable in the Grafana UI. However, it takes a bit of manual effort to get info about specific metrics or traces you might be interested in.

It would be useful to have a set of pre-defined queries / dashboards that are automatically generated.

Pitch

Define a set of queries / dashboards for PIXL:

• Discuss and decide what queries and dashboards will be useful
• dashboard to see all custom metrics created in Export metrics to OTel collector and define custom metrics #649
• validated on pixl_dev
