Chromosome data for eukaryotes

In pymodulon version 1.0.0 the script plotting.py contains the feature ica_data.chrom. I have not been able to find any documentation on how this feature should be formatted. Could you please clarify?

Sorry for the delayed response, didn't get this issue popping up in my email. The documentation in this package has had a bit of issue being updated, so please refer to https://github.com/SBRG/iModulonMiner/blob/main/5_characterize_iModulons/eukaryotic_example_functions.ipynb for an example.
