Fix legend to compare_imodulons_vs_regulons

The legend of compare_imodulons_vs_regulons has different categories with different size

Two fixes should be made:

1. Make all circles the same size
2. Add a legend entry showing different sizes and what that means as far as # genes in each iModulon
