+ - 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
+ - 4 eggs
+ - 1 small diced onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic
+ - 1 chopped red bell pepper
+ - 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Paprika, salt, and pepper
+ - 1 tbsp Olive oil
+ - some parsley!

+ - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
+ - Stir in the garlic, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
+ - Pour in the crushed tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
