Proposal: Modern rewrite — Tunna 2.0 (WebSocket + multi-user access + .NET 8 + encryption)

I have developed a fully modern version from scratch — Tunna 2.0.

Key improvements:

• Switching from HTTP polling to WebSocket (significantly higher speed and stability)
• Full-fledged end-to-end encryption (RSA-2048 + AES-256-GCM + HMAC)
• Implementation on .NET 8 (cross-platform)
• Improved IIS support (ASPX + native IIS Module)
• JSON configuration, user-friendly CLI
• Multi-user access
• Better security and performance
