No exception handled on location

2- Reported by --> Amira Khaled
3- When user enters an impossible location, it is accepted.

4- Steps to Produce The Issue:
a. open the website
b. sign up
c. enter an invalid location
d. sign up

5- Expected Result --> on clicking 'Sign up' button, a message should be displayed that the location entered is invalid.

Streets might contain numbers such as "El 90 street", "El maadi street 9", "6 october" .. so if the location contains numbers it still might a valid location.

But a number without any letters shouldn't be accepted
